No one is going to tell you that roustabout oil jobs or any other entry level oil job isn’t hard work. What we will say is that the pay is outstanding even though the hours you work are long and the tasks assigned to you may be difficult. In many instances the oil well jobs that are considered entry level jobs will involve a great deal of manual labor.

Staying in the same job for a long period doesn’t normally happen.
